Intruder Comics is having a release party / art show for the release of our 4th Issue! The art will be in the upstairs gallery above the Fantagraphics Book Store in Seattle, WA. Come get your free copy of Intruder #4, meet the artists, check out the original pieces of art from the new issue and then stick around for some beers! There will also be a book signing in the Fantagraphics Bookstore downstairs at the same time, partay!

I have a few pieces in the Short Run group show at the SOIL Gallery in Seattle, WA (the gallery is in Pioneer Square). The show opens Thursday, so come hang out! This should be a really amazing show, soooo many wonderful artists are participating! Seriously, this is going to be good, come out for it!

Then the following night there is a release party for Intruder Comics #4 at the Fantagraphics Gallery and Bookstore. THEN on Saturday the Short Run Small Press Fest at the Vera Project!!! Could this weekend be anymore action packed?!?

The Short Run Small Press Festival is going to be rad. I'll be debuting a new book there and I'll also have a big pile of my older titles. Intruder Comics Issue #4 will debut there as well, which you can snatch up for free while supplies last. If you're living in Seattle you must attend this event and if you live in Portland, Olympia or Vancouver you should probably make the trek as well. This is seriously going to be one of the dopest events of the year, come to it!!!

I'm posting this a week and half ahead of time so that you have time to make a plan to get up here if you're living out of town, see you there!

Intruder Comics

I have been adopted to a loving family known as the Party Zone, which makes me a rescue cartoonist. We publish Intruder Comics, a broadsheet comix newspaper made up of Seattle cartoonists - and Issue #3 is hot off the press!!! You can pick up a free copy at most places in Seattle (especially at comic shops, coffee joints, pinball halls, and my house). And if you don't live in Seattle you can order any book from my webstore and I will include a free copy for you too (while supplies last)!

Moving to Seattle!!!

I've had a great time in the Bay Area for the past 4 years and I will definitely be missing Oakland, San Francisco and Berkeley. But I am super excited to get back to the Northwest, which I've been missing ever since I ended my 5 year stint in Eugene back in 2008. Get ready Seattle, here I come!

I still have a small pile of 'San Francisco Bay Comics' that have never been published anywhere, which I will either be running on here or Uptown Almanac in the coming weeks/months. Until then, please enjoy these SF Bay Comics that you have probably already read.
