This one is in reference to 'Bay to Breakers', which is an annual public drunken shit show that takes place in the streets of San Francisco each Spring.

I drew this one all the way back in January of 2007. CRUMPETS! That was almost 4 years ago! I'm trying to think right now, and yah, I'm pretty sure that this is the most recent roman candle I've drawn. This comic was first published by the Oregon Voice and has shown up in a few other zines/anthologies over the years. Snrmphk has always been a popular guy... Alright, I'm going to go draw a picture of some animals in the midst of a roman candle fight now, though I don't know why I bother, the lobster always wins.
